Updated terms and conditions for music racedays

Given the popularity of the three Music Racedays (being those when we have a live concert after the sporting action; Saturday 30 June, Friday evening 27 July and Saturday 28 July 2018), there is a particular need to know how many racegoers we have on the course.

So, new for 2018, we require admission to be purchased for children for these dates only. We have a limited number of child tickets available, once this allocation has been reached the full adult price ticket applies.

In order that our younger guests can be supervised appropriately, it is a case of two children per adult racegoer. For this purpose, the definition of children is those aged 5-15 years of age.

Racegoers aged 16 and 17 years old will also need paid for admission, however they do not need to be accompanied (please call 01904 620911 to book).

Under 18's will continue to be admitted free of charge to the Clocktower Enclosure, in the middle of the course, under 16's will need an accompany adult, two children per adult supervisor.

Our very youngest racegoers, those aged four and under, will not need a paid admission and can take advantage of facilities such as the Parent & Toddler Room.

On the other fifteen racedays, including at the Welcome to Yorkshire Ebor Festival, Children under 18 will continue to be admitted free of charge, with those under 16 again required to have an accompanying adult.

Subject to availability, the policy will include any admissions sold on the raceday itself.

For any help in reserving your admission, please contact the team during normal working hours on 01904 620911
