Connor Beasley after winning the Elevator Company Garrowby Stakes

Gale Force Mayo has claimed her third win of the season at York with a decisive win in the featured Elevator Company Garrowby Stakes.

She had little problem justifying her status as favourite with a comfortable success over Primo Bacio and Ventura Diamond.

Shane Foley ahead of the Sky Bet Ebor

Trainer Jessica Harrington is hoping to fill one of the few gaps in her cv by winning the richest Handicap in Europe, the Sky Bet Ebor, at York on Saturday.

She saddles Ever Present, for whom it will be just the second run of his season, as Ireland bid to win the race for the third time in 4 years.

Billy Lee on his ride in the Sky Bet Ebor

Jockey Billy Lee bids to add victory in Europe's richest handicap to his memorable year when he takes the ride on the Paddy Twomey trained Earl of Tyrone in the Sky Bet Ebor at York, worth half a million pounds.

The horse is bidding for a four timer and has crossed the Irish Sea at the head of a five strong Irish challenge to win the race for the third time in four years.

Earl of Tyrone is favourite, and these are Billy Lee's pre race thoughts.
