LET IT SHINE: NO JACKET REQUIRED ON SATURDAY
The first Saturday of the season (May 23rd) is forecast to be staged in warm sunshine.
With the local forecast is promising temperatures in the mid-20s centigrade, the decision has been taken to relax the requirement for jackets in County Stand & Hospitality.
To confirm, no jacket is required.
As these remain smart areas, a collared shirt with a tie is still the dress code, a short-sleeved shirt is absolutely fine; as are appropriate shorts.
In Grandstand & Paddock as well as Clocktower Enclosure, shorts and T-shirts have long been a choice for racegoers.
As our tribute act, Re Take That will sing, “Let it shine!”
