York Racecourse Announces Becky Hill as a Music Act

Chart topper, Becky Hill, has been announced as the music artist who will perform at York Racecourse on Summer Music Saturday, 27^th June 2026.

The English singer- songwriter rose to fame after appearing on the first series of The Voice UK and has gone on to post six top 10 hits in her career to date. Her first UK Number One was Gecko (overdrive), with Disconnect, Remember and Crazy what love can do also featuring.

Twice a Brit Award winner as Best Dance Act, racegoers can expect a high energy performance from the Glastonbury-style stage, after seven races earlier in the afternoon.

The Knavesmire gig will form part of a busy touring schedule for a singer known for her stage presence.

Racing and music fans can take advantage of a price freeze on adult general admission on the track’s own website, meaning entrance to the main Grandstand and Paddock enclosure, starts at just £40 per person for a group of six.* As well as free car parking, there are no booking fees on this route to purchase.

On the racecourse itself, the racing action will see seven thoroughbred contests with combined prize money approaching £300,000. The feature race is a Group Three over seven furlongs, the Al Basti Equiworld Dubai Criterion Stakes.

It promises to be a fun-filled summer for racing and music fans as there are four other racedays scheduled for this popular time of year; the traditional highlight of the 67^th John Smith’s Cup Meeting (Friday 10 and Saturday 11 July) will be followed by the Music Showcase Weekend itself at the end of July.
