WINTER IMPROVEMENTS TO STABLESIDE

Two teams at York are working particularly closely together this January, as Facilities and Stableside come together to improve the experience for visitors.

Already the highest rated accommodation for Stable Staff, following an industry audit, no laurels are being rested on.

The ground floor double ensuite & family rooms are being redecorated after the installation of upgraded radiators and electrical sockets. The new wall sockets will contain integrated USB charging points and be set at a more convenient height.

In further improvements, on the top floor, the velux windows are being replaced with a modern equivalent.

The windows and radiators will mean more energy is saved as the team remain committed to the Green Knavesmire 300 target if being a Nett Zero site by 2040.
