Adam Kirby post race interview

The world's top sprinter Harry Angel has made a winning start to his 2018 season by landing the Duke of York Clipper Logisitcs Stakes, the most valuable race on the first day of the Dante Festival at York.

He came home a comfortable 2 length winner of the Group 2 contest, showing signs he could be better than ever this year.

This was the reaction of winning jockey Adam Kirby.

Dante Preview- David Allan interview

Wells Farhh Go bids to maintain his unbeaten record as the most fascinating of the 9 runners in the Betfred Dante Stakes, the feature race of day 2 of the Dante Festival at York.

He's a rare entry in the Investec Derby for North Yorkshire trainer Tim Easterby and is returning to the track where he won both his races last season.

He's been given his chance to book his place in the Blue Riband at Epsom and will again be ridden by regular jockey David Allan,.

He's been speaking with Mike Vince.

Winx, Cracksman and Enable, look ahead to 2018

York's Chief Executive William Derby, is to travel the world early in the New Year, in a bid to attract horses from across the globe to these shores next summer to take on the pride of Britain.

Hopes are rising that the Australian wonder mare Winx will come to the UK next summer. Whilst the emergence of Champion pair Cracksman and Enable, who both stay in training next year, present a once in a lifetime opportunity.

William Derby, who is also Clerk of the Course at York admits those two horses, and the racecourses well established one million pound showpiece, the Juddmonte International, present a massive opportunity.
