Having delighted the York raceday crowd last season, we are delighted to announce that “Mania- the ABBA Tribute”, direct from London’s West End, are returning after racing on Saturday 27 May.

Expect all those hits made famous by the Swedish fab four, delivered with a sense of fun that will have people dancing in the betting ring!

Saturday 23 September

A brand new raceday means a new music act to the Knavesmire, direct from London’s West End, this is the world’s favourite George Michael celebration! “Fastlove -a tribute to George Michael”.

A live band will accompany the upbeat hits made famous in the WHAM years or the soul classics from a glittering solo career.

Things to note for both days:

-      to get close to the stage you will need a County Stand Badge or Grandstand and Paddock ticket

-      the admission price reflects the wider benefits of your chosen area, not a proximity to the stage

-      the acts will perform from a live music stage however it is in scale with the new so is not as large nor in the exact location of the Music Showcase Stage of July

-      a set of sixty minutes is anticipated, so the shows should conclude around 7pm each day.
