£5,000,000 has now been raised for good causes by the Macmillan Charity Day

York Racecourse is delighted to confirm that over £5,000,000 has now been raised for good causes by the Macmillan Charity Day held at the course each June since 1972. The milestone seven figure sum was achieved on the 40th running of this popular occasion. The money is raised through the raceday itself as well as through the support for the Charity Dinner held on the eve of the raceday.
