Knavesmire Stand Boxes

The Knavesmire Stand was opened in 1996 and has won Civic Trust and RIBA awards to add to its place in the affections of the York racegoers, such is its popularity that most boxes are repeat booked year on year.

Affording a breathtaking view across the course from their private balconies, the boxes are ideal places to host first-time racegoers and to relax into a day of quality sport.

Please note that since July 2007 this stand has complied with legislation regarding no smoking. It will be possible to smoke on the balcony of your box at the discretion of your host.
