In our County Stand there is a dress code that requires gentlemen to wear a jacket, collar and tie and requires ladies to dress in a suitably smart manner. Imagine you are going to a smart wedding is our tip. Hats are not essential, though many ladies do see the races as the perfect occasion to flaunt a beautiful hat. Our Ladies Day is Thursday of the Ebor Festival, this offers the opportunity to be seen by one of our judges and be selected for the Best Dressed Lady competition, for which the prize in 2008 is a short break to Dubai, courtesy of Marriott Hotels!
