Permanent Positions

York Racecourse employs only around 50 full time permanent positions across its main departments of; grounds management, buildings management, customer services, non-raceday activities, marketing and finance as well as a small number of part time permanent positions.

Raceday and non-raceday catering and banqueting services are carried out by York Racecourse Hospitality, a joint venture between York Racecourse and CGC Events Limited.

Raceday Positions

York Racecourse races around 16 days each year- for details of the upcoming racedays please refer to the homepage on the website. For each of these days there are positions in many areas and the racecouse maintains a list of individuals who wish to work on these days.
