York Racecourse is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the 2005 Northern Racecourse of the Year Award as decided by members of The Racegoers Club. York is delighted to have won this award form the sixteenth consecutive time. It recognises what has been a fantastic season of racing that has included the historic staging of Royal Ascot in June.
